Give people an incentive to want to work with you and make them offers they can’t refuse. Have offers for newcomers, and offers for those who haven’t shopped with you for a while. Competitions are a great way to build up your social media following and build your brand – just make sure you stick to any rules and regulations outlined

Whether a customer has decided to contact you for advice over the phone or via chat, always aim to provide them with true value. You don’t want to sell for the sake of selling – this can lead to returns, unhappy customers, and a bad reputation.
