Need Some New Games for iOS? EA is Hooking You Up with Discounts
We’ve hit that lull on the calendar where we’re not seeing a lot of new games, both on our home consoles and on our portables. That’s why you’re starting to see sales, like Steam’s Summer Sale, for instance. For the gamers who play on their iPhones or iPads, EA is getting in on the discount fever as well by discounting a truckload of its iOS apps — many of which are marked down to a measly $0.99.
Tech blog Apple Insider has compiled each and every game that EA is offering a special on.

There are quite a few board games in here, for fans of classics like Monopoly and Battleship. There are a few strategy games, too, such as SimCity Deluxe and Risk. But those who game primarily on consoles aren’t left totally in the cold; games like Dead Space, Mirror’s Edge, NBA Jam and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 are present to give you a more traditional experience.
A lot of these titles used to ring up for a couple bucks more — even as high as $10 — so this sale will let you stock up on a bunch of EA titles for a fraction of the cost.
