Mega Phablet: Samsung Reportedly Will Release A 5.8-inch and 6.3-inch Smartphone


If the Samsung Galaxy Note II with a display of 5.55-inches isn’t big enough for you, rumor has it Samsung is preparing to launch two even bigger phablets in the coming months. A report by SamMobile claims to have confirmed specs for the upcoming Galaxy Mega 5.8.

According to the report, the mid-range Galaxy Mega 5.8 will feature 5.8-inch display with 960 x 540-pixel resolution, a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, 1.5GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2,600 mAh battery, and will run Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

It’s believed that the Galaxy Mega 5.8 will launch in May or June and will be followed by another massive Samsung phablet: the Galaxy Mega 6.3, because we all like holding bricks up to hear ear.
