for firefox, there really isn't a way. Mozilla doesn't store the temp files like IE does (i.e,: html, jpeg, btmp, etc). If you went into mozilla's temp folder, you would just see files with names such as "33875", "21822", 59764", etc. These files cannot even be oppened for viewing as they are stored as a specific type of file that only the browser can read, but cannot open. It is impossible to know which files are from which sites. Just use the options in firefox to clean out the entire folder.
