Its actually a very good program that isnt too complicated.  I highly reccomend it! :)

I actually would like to do some audio editing soon, so I'll download it and give it a try. I'm sure me and my genius mind can figure it out! :P

I love audacity..you can speed up the songs and make it sound like chipmunks...you can also change keys like from a to e...you can also record a complete cd and cut it into individual songs...you can also add special effects like echo and wah wah..you can capture audio from a microphone or capture music from a cassette player..there I said it and I'm glad I did.

Ok well I downloaded that and got the song right and when i try to put it on msn it works when you preview it and everything but then when you apply it then it doesnt lol

You will need to DL the LAME.dll and drop it in the program file for audacity then when it asks for it show it where to find it, it won't ask again.

I don't use audacity I use MP3 DirectCut have for years now:

I do have Audacity and it is a great program but for shear speed MP3 DirectCut is the winner because of the keyboard controls.
