Hi. I opened my laptop today....the compartment underneath. I already cloned my ssd. But it has two hdd's. one is l for left and the other r for right. One is C and the other is D (which I think is the recovery disk).

Which drive do I remove to install ssd?? Thx.

Hey,

 

Well, if you plan on using the SSD to house your operating system and apps, etc then you're going to want to remove the C (at least that does seem logical as you seem to think as well) and replace it with the SSD.

Here, I also just found this helpful video... the guy is doing what you want to do and recorded the entire process (he has a slightly different model, but it should be pretty much the same):
