You have a very dangerous trojan Agent / eson infection.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX IT YOURSELF

Have a malware expert guide you through.

Improper removal of this infection will result in not being able to login to windows so it is vital that you have a person who knows how to deal with it properly guide you through and fix things in the correct order.

DO NOT DELETE ANY FILES OR RUN AUTOMATED REMOVAL TOOLS until the startup entrirs
