Might try Little Fellas app maxall.zip here

http://www.v7n.com/forums/computers-intern...ns-folders.html

Hmm this looks more like it

http://sizecomplete.com/

But it ain't free

Features

• Open all windows full-size automatically from the startup. This function effectively eliminates the need for you to resize windows. Also, automatically opens the Internet Explorer windows maximized.

• Maximize or Minimize ALL in one click. Programm simply adds to well-known icons to the system tray and requires absolutely no special knowledge to operate. These magic icons in tray let you minimize or maximize all windows automatically, when you click them

Here is freeware which may do it

http://www.download32.com/auto-window-manager-i29539.html

Or this

OOOOOHHHHHH Price: Free

http://www.southbaypc.com/AutoSizer/

AutoSizer automatically resizes programs for you, keeping them at a specific size or keeping them maximized. One popular use is to keep Internet Explorer Maximized when you go on the web. It works with most programs, including Notepad, web browsers, and many others.

Price: Free
