Basically the story goes like this:My subscription to McAfee Security Center expired and I was having problems with downloading my renewal once I paid for another year's subscription on the website. So I went to online chat customer service on service.mcafee.com. They advised me to uninstall the entire McAfee product, which I did online with the rep, and was told re-boot, then go to a link and then download the new product.I rebooted, and went online to download McAfee Anti-Virus, but nothing worked from there worked.Anything which seems to use Java, Flash, or maybe Active X (?) controls does not work. I cannot login to anything. Links on service.mcafee.com do not work anymore. Certain videos do not play. I cannot renew my ZoneAlarm subscription, etc.What can I try?
