I have been having a few problems with my PC. I have McAfee and it doesnb'y pick up a virus but after about 5 days i get the Blue screen and it says 'Bad_Header_Pool' I then have to system restore my PC and that puts it off for a week or so. here is the info it came up with when it says about the problem but i dont understand it any one got any help?

I would search and update any drivers for hardware you have. Starting with your sound card drivers and moving to graphic and motherboard drivers.

Vista has a habit of updating the system and system components, thus making the hardware drivers needing to be updated.

Everytime I see a problem starting on my build. It's usually soon after some MS update/upgrade, and a new set of drivers for the graphics or sound takes care of it.

But also make sure the motherboard drivers are up to date will also help.
