The only problem I am having is that when I run windows update it says it updated the 8 updates. But when I go back into windows updated it said that they all failed to download, Now I must clarify that I am using a wireless internet, I am thinking that is the problem. Besttechie Posted February 23, 2008 Report Share Posted February 23, 2008 Few things:1. Were you able to install any other updates?2. Which are the 8 that fail? (What's their update # and/or name)3. Windows Update in Vista is done via the Control Panel - I assume that's what you're doing, there is also a way to check on previous updates by clicking View Update History - see if it says anything there about why the update failed.B Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Snakeyes1123 Posted February 24, 2008 Author Report Share Posted February 24, 2008 Actually I went back into the windows update section in Windows Vista and I realized that there are eight different each day. They are not the same updates. I didn't look closely at it. Most of them are Windows Vista security updates. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
