Css Help - Background Image Overflow

Recommended Posts

Im trying to learn CSS. Not as easy as HTML

Ive got a problem I can't seem to get past. On low-res monitors (such as 800x600) part of my background image gets chopped off on the left side. Since my site's navigation is ontop of the background image, that throws everything off. Is there a way I can make low-res monitors see the whole image and have a horizontal scroll bar?

EDIT:

Seems to work fine in IE. Not in Opera, however...

Also, here's a screenshot of the problem.
