Time To Buy A New Computer

Okay, so its that time again when i feel the need for a computer upgrade, after quite some looking, reading and comparing i have come up with the following setup:

On it i will be using Win XP Pro SP2 EN 32bit, so therefore i will only be able to use ~3gb ram.

I will not be overclocking any parts

Questions/concerns:

-PSU enough for that? + some hdds, cd drives, and pci cards?

-Is the CPU, RAM and motherboard a good choice? Work good together?

-Cooler strong enough?

-That graphics card should be good enough right? since i dont play much games and all...

Any other comments on this setup?
