Also, You can export your Firefox bookmarks by going to Manage Bookmarks > File >Export. From there you can browse to any folder on your harddrive to store a backup copy in case FF crashes or something.

This is actually the best and safest way to do it.

Thanks for that tip. As I had imported all my IE bookmarks I can back them up easily now
