velda Posted June 2, 2007 Report Share Posted June 2, 2007 I found PSTrayFactory.exe and msn64.exe and googling both I found that these should be removed? is that correct...also when I rebooted I then found an icon in my tray called win-spy shareware, but can't click, right click or anything and cannot find any file that relates to thatI've run updated versions of AdAware (found nothing) -- Spybot (which found Microsoft.Windows.Explorer) removing this seems to have fixed my constant "offline/online" problem....system mechanic (removed all the junk) and ran AVG virus scan (found nothing) anyway, I hope someone can help.
