Css Problem In Firefox 2

It looks fine in every other browser, but in Firefox 2 the background image is in a very strange position. What changes need to be made to the CSS so that it is centered in the middle? Any help would be appreciated. The link directly to the CSS page is below.

Here's a thread (incomplete) with a similiar problem that states: "Never mind, I just needed to set the html height to 100% as well as the body. Why isn't that set by default in Firefox?"
