I've used it. Not to fix a machine, but for remote access. I like it. Even the free version is nice (however you can't transfer files with it), overall its pretty quick in terms of operating speed, though that would also depend on the connection as well. All you need to install is a little program that runs as a service on your machine and sits in your taskbar. It will keep track of IP changes so if you have a dynamic IP it'll update via the service that runs on the machine. It makes everything very simple as it's all web based. B)

As you know I use it and love it for the fact that I don't have to do port forward every router I have to work through. The Script I posted is an attempt to move closer to zero config on the machine I need to work on.

It is great for the price.
