My email is documents that were sent to me before in word, now I can not open them, it is something else. Says viral. WIndows 10 .. All my documents that were Windows 7 are now windows 10 it says and can not open them either.

all my Microsoft have turned into Microsoft 7 in documents and email and saying corrupt can't open them. Not sure how this has happened.
