Well my friend msg'd me on MSN, and asked me what it means when the Green light on the front of the Shuffle stay's green, it wont do anything, when he presses buttons, it dosent do anything. It is fully charged too. Thanks. Btw, does this thread go here?

In the future I want a job, working with computers, saaaaaay networking, I don't know much about them at the moment, so does anyone have any helpful books I could pick up that are basic for me to start off with? Also any websites? Thanks.
