    Ms Tech Support

I think we have all spoken to him !!!!! Microsoft Tech Support Mujibar was trying to get a job in India . The Microsoft Personnel Manager said, 'Mujibar, you have passed all the tests, except one. Unless you pass it , you cannot qualify for this job.' Mujibar said, 'I am ready.' The manager said, 'Make a sentence using the words Yellow , Pink and Green .' Mujibar thought for a few minutes and said, 'Mister manager, I am ready' The manager said, 'Go ahead.' Mujibar said, 'The telephone goes green, green , and I pink it up, and say, ' Yellow ' , this is Mujibar.' Mujibar now works at a call center. No doubt you have spoken to him. I know I have.

    Obama

I myself feel sorry for Obama. We (the USA) and the whole world have placed him up on one large pedistal. And our problems are much more then we or the rest could possibly think they are. Obama walked into one BIG F**King Mess. We have placed him in a position that he has to either preform a miracle of godly proportions or to fail miserably. No man should be placed in a position we have him in at the moment.
  15. You can try resetting "Internet Explorer Options" to default. Open "Tools" on IE`s toolbar. Then click on "Internet Options" > then click on the "Advanced" tab. And then click on "Reset" in "Reset Internet Explorer Settings"
  16. Make sure you have all the updated graphic drivers would be a start.
  17. Why are internet speeds in Vista slower then XPs It all comes down to Vista’s “Auto Tuning†feature. Turns out that this feature isn’t compatible with many routers and networking devices. This means that the feature that was supposed to be a boon turned itself into some sort of a bane. Anyways here’s what you need to do turn off the Auto Tuning feature on Vista.. At the Start menu type command, but don’t launch the command prompt immediately. Instead, right-click it and choose Run As Administrator. Once the prompt is open enter the following command. netsh interface tcp show global If the line "Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level" does not say “disabled,†(It most likely says =highlyrestricted) enter this command: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=restricted If this doesn’t help, substitute this command and see if it works netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled You should now notice considerable improvements in your browsing speeds, or rather you should be cruising. If it works, you should notice the difference in browsing speeds immediately. If it doesn’t work for you, and you feel the need to put things back the way they were, you can type this command: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=normal Stay Safe
  18. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Hope your day was a great day!!!

  20. OUCH!!! Marty... I am so very sorry.... Please believe me when I say that is not at all what I meant. I know there are those who have problems with Vista... Hell. There are still those having problems with XP. For what ever reason, and not pointing the persons running it. But hardware, OS, whatever problem can be causing a bad experience. I should never have stated things the way I did. And I reworded my statement to try to get across what I meant. I was meaning those during the release who did nothing but bash Vista. Much the way they did XP when it first appeared. Again.... Please forgive my stupidity on how I worded my post. I did not even consider that it would affect anyone personally. So I apologize to you and anyone else who took offense to my post. JSKY
  21. I don't know how fast I'll change. Win 7 IS just a fancy Vista in depth. I haven't found anything wrong with Vista. I like the way it runs and handles. Funny.... But I'll bet if more people actually tried Vista, instead of listening to a few users in the beginning rant about how it ran for them. Before third party distributors could make workable drivers. Vista would have been more popular. And not at all what they heard. But who will learn for themselves. Follow the crowd and let a good thing pass you by. Good thing Vista wasn't Fire... We would still be living in a cold cave. Heaven forbid we try fire and see what it really is like... How it heats up our cold nights. But since those first users said it was no good, the rest turn their backs on it and freeze to death. And those who still run XP that make the switch to Win 7 will find they still have to upgrade their Hardware and memory to run it. And there will still be drivers for older hardware that will not work. If it doesn't work in Vista. It won't work in Win 7. So, I'm not to sure how fast I'll up to 7.
  22. Honda_Boy, Did you remember to download all your drivers for your hardware. Motherboard, graphics, sound and so forth.
  23. Same for me Honda_Boy... My Vista install walks all over XP. On every task. And DX10 for gaming is worth it Only time I log into XP is for MS's monthly updates. So far Win 7 is keeping right up with Vista in what I do. But still am finding thigs that do not work with this build. But then this is still an early beta build. But when they let everyone try it it never changes much to final release
  24. For those interested. Microsoft is saying that they are releasing Windows 7 beta to the public off it's website tomorrow, Friday the 9th. Windows 7 It will allow you to test and play with Windows 7 for up to six months. REMEMBER THO This is a BETA.... Install it on a spare hard drive. DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR EXISTING OS. I like it... It's a fancy Vista. Or what Vista should have been when it was released.
