We have an hp Pavillion a6300f desktop computer that will not accept administrator actions. Assumptions are that there is some malware on the desktop with software used to date not working to remove. Example running program as the administrator the Spybot software returns the problem files but cannot delete them since it says get administrator to do it. Can you provide alternate suggestions?
