    Homecoming

WOW...that is incredible...dinner, dancing with the ladies ( you devil...hehe), and finding that special moment at the end. I couldn't believe that timing though...you might have been able to explain the situation to your dad...and maybe got one more dance...I have the biggest grin on my face for you AMP...sounds like you had a amazing night...the only other advice to add... "Don't lose her eyes!" One of the most precious thing a woman can give you is her eyes...once she looks they are set...kinda like a fish hook...if you felt the same way, you should try to meet her again and continue what
  2. Pings to my understanding do not send any information from which they came. ICMP can be detailed enough to send information to other machines and ISP servers, but for the most part a normal ping just sends a ACT packet looking for a response, I don't think it does much more...although DNS could provide your information as well as theirs in these responses.
  3. Walking is better for ya anyways...excercise is what i think they call it...and curling is when they pick the beer up and drink...
  4. My Dad once said he had me because they didn't have TV remote controls back then... Guess who switched stations and moved the volume up and down? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> After my parents split up she had a nasty little story about how my Dad had called her down from upstairs (in a split level) to change the channel for him. She railed about how lazy he was...etc. Years later I got the whole story, Dad had a bad back, and was working 14 hour days. Lazy my butt, he was just recovering! BH <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Always the little tidbits left out of the story that make is so more amus
  5. Hey Guys/Gals, look what I found... **BEEP BEEP BEEP***...(backing up the Lazy-boys delievery truck) It was abandoned...I just wired it up and now we have new furniture... BH the couch you request can only hold 5 people...is that going to be enough to sleep on?
  6. I remember those days..."If you will"...lol...i think i was asked to leave the class because i responded "And If I don't"...just one of those things that got under that skin

  13. I think you should be GRATEFUL! That an infected PC is what keeps you up at night rather than a drug addiction or some other truly horrible worry. You must be blessed if that's all that's keeping you up at night. :hugs 'n' kisses: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Although I share the same sympathy...He has a great point! Just don't tell your kids about this post though...they won't know what it means,

AWESOME MOVIE...man in the moon! My girl made me watch is one night...WOW...it was just very estatic movie that i would only watch with her, but WOULD watch it. Monsters INC...LOL...another awesome movie...that i happen to watch yesterday as well...it was on the Disney Channel! A few weeks ago, i watched "Just like Heaven" with Reese Witherspoon, it was a simple "Soul Mate" movie, but it put different prospectives on how your have to fine tune your feelings for the people you don't meet and and could have stepped out of the way to just hello to them! Also for some of you baseball fans...
  16. Watched it during my freshman year of College...other one..."Triumph of the Nerds" explains how Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Xerox losing the GUI, IBM drowning in the beginning of the PC creating, and alot of garage "CODERS" putting it all together... Almost the same but different prospective on some ideas and concepts...

    Homecoming

That is awesome MATT...I had to learn to old fashion way watching my dad do it and then trying not to make a boyscout knot in the first couple of tries...I can't wait to have a son and show them... Now not to root for the pink team, but I can tell you have a lot going for you. It takes a lot of confidence for a guy to post his picture everywhere and you don't seem to be lacking, so take LIZ's advice and don't be SHY...the best approach to a woman is to be confident...they have a sick sense for this stuff...Smile, and with Matt's advice, be presentable, they love seeing a guy dressed up! And
  18. LOL...this college football season, i decided to do something different...instead of PIP...(well i still PIP), but I bought 2 21inch TV's for cheap and put them next to my living room and usually find 3-6 different games on...but I don't use the TV sound...I have a radio in the background just playing music...usually playing cards with the guys, and having the ladies bring the goodies and beer...(LOL...only in my dreams!!!). I happen to rival against the sports bars when it comes to college football season...and a little pro football, and Baseball Playoffs...
  19. Kids being kids. What I have found works well is to make the punishment stretch out long enough so it sinks in. If my daughter had done this, I would restrict her from the computer until: 1) she did a research paper explaining what the difference is between a virus, worm and a trojans. 2) Maker her scan and clean the machine, researching what she found. 3) Perform a complete reload. This started early with us, we even made her clean her own crayon marks off the wall when she was 2. It has really helped to develop a sense of personal resposibility in her, and has kept us from having to
  20. I'm with the others....you don't deserve to be a Newbie anymore... I just may force your hand, and change that title for you, then lock you out of it so yuse can't change it back!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Admins...you gotta love 'em
