  6. my laptop takes 5mins to reboot which is same as previous. but i feel the programs load smoother than previous. using Mozilla browser or other programs etc. Microsoft Words, Excel etc. is not a problem.

  12. thanks Ryan when I open combofix, it did not run. just a blue box hanging on the desktop. waited for 5mins still no words coming out. i turned off Firewall in windows security center and Kaspersky antivirus. wonder what else did i not turn off?
