It came with one set of rail kit short and the plastic latch of the swing out portion of the front bezel cover of the case was broken. I emailed them. They offered to charge my credit again for the replacement part or I sent in the defective part first...etc. Never mentioned about the rail kit they short changed me. I told them no way to charge my credit card again. If they do not prepare to make good on the deficiencies, don't bother. I take my business to somebody who really cares about customer satisfaction. So, beware if you want to buy anything from this outfit. Pray and hope that your order comes perfectly well and all the parts work. Otherwise; kiss your money goodbye! They don't really care because they count on everyone just like me-pissed off and left. There is always a sucker borned every minute. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
