Hi there,
I'm running windows 7 and as of a few hours ago I can access some websites and not others.

Among those I cannot access are http://forums.techguy.org/, www.deviantart.com, www.photobucket.com and http://www.johnlewis.com/. While some websites partially load - just text based and changing http://forums.techguy.org/ to http://www.forums.techguy.org/ takes it from "Firefox can't find the server at forums.techguy.org." to a version of the webpage just text on a white background.

I have tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer neither of which have proxy settings on them
But I can access eBay, youTube, Facebook and Google.
I have restarted my PC several times
I have run spybot search and destroy with no results,
I have run malware bytes with no results,
I have run avast! scan and an avast! boot time scan with no results
I can ping www.www.forums.techguy.org and www.photobucket.com but www.johnlewis.com and www.deviantart.com time out.
I have attached my hijackthis log below.

I have checked the contents oh my hosts file which contained many additions from spybot search and destroy's immunization - I have tried removing all of these to give the default fail which didn't help.

The only thought I did have on what could have caused it was I had avast, spybot and malwarebytes all installed and noticed malwarebytes was blocking avast so uninstalled malwarebytes and at about that time websites stopped loading properly

Thanks for your help

1. Multiple antimalware / antivirus /anti spyware is not necessary, and can in fact lower your actual protection.

2. Spybot S&D is no longer recommended. It has known conflicts with many antivirus and anti malware programs (including Avast) which can cause problems from very slow boot and very slow / blocked internet pages and worse. I advise going into spybot and disabling the protections it has (internet control panel lock, IE protection, tea timer) and then uninstall it.
IT has already damaged your avast install by blocking the webrep bho O2 - BHO: (no name) - {318A227B-5E9F-45bd-8999-7F8F10CA4CF5} - (no file)
It also prevents most antimalware programs like MBAM and your antivirus from removing infections.

3. All the file missing entries in the 023 section can be ignored. They are the result of Hijackthis not being properly updated for 64 bit systems. It was designed for 32 bit systems and ever since Merijn turned it over to Trend they have pretty much not done anything with it.
This is why the malware people here and elsewhere generally prefer other enumerators to show what is loading and where.

4. It is normal for malwarebytes to disable any running antivirus programs when it scans. I would have liked to see the MBAM log to see what it removed, and you could have restored any changes it made; but you uninstalled it. Not good.

That said, your log shows nothing to explain your problem.
Has it resolved?
