I have found and downloaded the driver for my lexmark x3650 from the lexmark site. I can start the install ok other than it comes to a point asking for administrative password. So I put my password in so it can access the root but it keeps saying incorrect password. I know it is right.

I went into recovery and redid my password but the same thing keeps coming up.

I got it, I had to re-set root password via terminal "sudo passwd root" for some reason when I did it in recovery it didnt work.
