14 new wallpapers were offered to Windows users by the Redmond company, according to Microsoft's Rob Margel.
"We have updated some of the available desktop backgrounds which you can download onto your PC on the Desktop backgrounds (wallpapers) page most from recent themepacks," Margel stated.
Of course, customers running Windows 7 that have been keeping up with the updates served to the Windows Personalization Gallery will undoubtedly recognize some of the imagery.
All the background images offered by the software giant as standalone download were previously included into themes for Windows 7.
Some of the imagery was previously also featured on the background of the Bing home page, and subsequently into Bing themes for Windows 7.
