Apple's MacBook Pro ranked best PC for running Windows

Well, this is embarrassing. According to a report from IT software development company Soluto, the number one best PC to run Windows on is actually a Mac. To be more specific, the mid-2012 MacBook Pro.

Apple’s laptop beat out machines from companies like Acer, Dell, HP, Samsung and more. There is a catch to the ranking, though — Soluto did a clean Windows install on the MacBook Pro, while it used laptops from other manufacturers as they came from retail, complete with crapware.

Still, the report is, if nothing else, a message to Windows PC manufacturers. Stop installing junk on your machines, because you’re hurting their performance.
